As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and experienced **Painter Supervisor** to lead our crews and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate a team of painters on commercial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and job specifications
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety procedures
- Perform hands-on work when required, including spraying, rolling, and brushing
- Communicate with site managers, general contractors, and project managers
- Track progress and report on job status to company leadership
- Train and mentor junior painters as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on painting experience (commercial preferred)
- Experience with spray techniques and equipment
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid BC driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
