1. Greet Guests: Welcome customers as they arrive and ensure they are seated comfortably.

2. Take Orders: Accurately record food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

3. Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver orders to customers in a timely and courteous manner.

4. Menu Knowledge: Have thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and any items not available, and be able to make recommendations.

5. **Customer Interaction**: Check on customers periodically to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.

6. **Billing**: Prepare and present bills, accept payments, and return change or credit card slips.

7. **Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.

8. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other staff members, including kitchen staff and other servers, to ensure efficient service.

9. **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

10. **Compliance**: Adhere to all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.

11. Washing : Sometimes wash the dishes.

Qualifications:
1. **Experience**: Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred. 2. **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail. 3. **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for long periods, carry heavy trays, and handle busy periods efficiently. 4. **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 5. **Other**: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol if applicable.

A restaurant server plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience and maintaining high standards of service within the establishment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
