**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a College Diploma in Business Human Resources, or as acceptable by the hospital
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or registered Professional Recruiter Preferred
- Minimum three (3) years recent, related job experience in a unionized setting
- Knowledge of full cycle recruitment best practices
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
