- Monitor dough consistency and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure proper proofing and fermentation of dough
- Shape and portion dough according to product specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in bakery setting is a must
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
