To support our incredible growth, VIBRANT is currently seeking a full-time Merchandiser Representative (5 days a week, 37.5 hours) to cover our Regina region. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the consumer experience with hot and cold beverages. The primary responsibility is to merchandise products from our client, a leader in beverage production and distribution, boasting a portfolio of over 125 brands. Comfortable working in an independent environment, the Merchandiser Representative will manage commercial activities in grocery stores within their assigned territory. To apply, you must have a valid driver’s license, exclusive access to a car, and reside in/near Regina.

**Responsibilities**:

- Expand the number of sales points in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate closely with the supervisor to achieve sales objectives and targets.
- Ensure in-store activities (grocery stores) align with ongoing sales promotions.
- Execute merchandising plans, including promotional schedules, agreements, floor space, and planograms.
- Participate in merchandising initiatives.
- Install and maintain in-store point-of-sale (POS) equipment
- Manage your territory and client meetings.
- Build positive relationships with clients.
- Primarily cover Regina & surround areas
- Focus on major retailers and grocery stores.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives regularly.
- Capability to provide daily reporting.
- Exclusive access to a smartphone for work-related app use (includes task reporting after each shift).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable completing digital tasks via the app.
