#2 Is the position Sandoz reached on the Canadian Generic market in 2020. As part of Sandoz Commercial Excellence team, this is a new role waiting for you to help us reach #1 position.- Deductions and Credits:

- Analyzing and validating all credit and deduction requests from internal and external customers. Collecting documentation and approvals for credits and deductions and then processing them. (BO, expired products, damaged goods,)
- Customer Account Analysis
- Analyze major accounts, collecting documents and approvals to clear deductions and credits, organizing and filing documents electronically
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of customers (distributors, hospitals/buying groups, pharmacists)

**Minimum requirements**
- College or bachelor’s degree
- oral and written: English and French
- Experience with Word and Excel required
- Ability to respond diplomatically and professionally to internal/external clients
- Ability to manage deadlines
