The team at **Willow Dental Care** located in **Chilliwack, BC** is looking for a passionate, hard-working **Dental Receptionist **on a **full-time** basis.

The ideal **Dental Receptionist** for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** Welcoming patients**: Greeting patients upon arrival, making them feel comfortable, and assisting with check-in.
- ** Scheduling appointments**: Managing patient appointments, scheduling follow-ups, and rescheduling as needed.
- ** Managing patient records**: Updating and maintaining patient files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- ** Billing and insurance processing**: Preparing invoices, processing payments, and managing insurance claims.
- ** Recall and reminder lists**: Contacting patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and follow-up care.
- ** Maintaining the reception area**: Ensuring the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients.

**SCHEDULE**:

- ** 40 hours per week**:

- ** Completion of a Dental Administration Program**:

- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
