**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on generators
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Perform repairs utilizing hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation of repairs performed
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime
- Support automotive repair tasks as needed, including working with Caterpillar or similar heavy machinery

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in mechanical repair, electrical systems, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive repair techniques
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly
- Experience working with Caterpillar equipment or similar heavy machinery is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Customer service skills are a plus for interacting with internal teams or external clients when necessary
- Previous mechanic experience or automotive repair background is advantageous
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.76-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 22.5 per week
