**Summary**

Reporting to the Team Leader and Line Leader, the Team Member - Divider/Depositor is responsible for operating the divider and/or any other applicable machinery.

In this position you will work in a team environment led by a Team Leader. You will support your Team Leader by demonstrating and practicing team work every day and respect all your fellow Team Members.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Operates divider machine and any other applicable equipment to ensure dough is divided in a consistent manner in accordance with FGF requirements
- Records applicable data (i.e. weight) on supplied work sheets
- Weighs product regularly to ensure the machine is dividing the correct amount and adjusts machine as needed
- Reports any equipment malfunctions and quality issues to the appropriate parties
- Always adheres to the company GMPs and Health and Safety policies
- Provides training as required to ensure an effective and efficient work force
- Ensures that a safe and clean working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing company standards and following up on regular inspections
- Fills up the flour dusters on the line
- During changeovers helps team to uninstall the parts clean them and put it back
- May be asked by to perform General Labor duties when needed as well as be assigned additional duties

**Required Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment (food/bakery experience is desirable)
- Accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to detect the presence of a quality issue
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Physically capable of performing the demands of the role including frequently lifting up to 20 kg
- Ability to move from one task to another with mínimal distraction
- Flexible to work days, afternoons, nights & weekends if needed
