Food Services Supervisor and Manager

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Assist with kitchen duties as needed, including food preparation and dishwashing

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
