We specialize in putting together custom programs and systems for our clients in the construction, agriculture and manufacturing industries.

**Health & Safety Co-ordinator**:
You will be performing the following tasks:

- Onboarding new workers
- Booking training
- Manage ISN, ComplyWorks, Avetta, etc.
- Subcontractor management
- Administrative tasks for the company
- Task assignment deligation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

**We are looking for**:
A team player who is willing to pitch in if necessary in other areas of the company. Someone who can work independently, but also as a team. You will be willing to work in a face-paced environment and possibly have the ability to work from home on occasion.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional people skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, self starting and takes initiative
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Co-ordinate training classes
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize client workloads
- 3+ years of construction safety administration experience
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- HSA designation preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Additional pay:

- Construction Safety Administration: 3 years (required)
