As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process of our fresh juice products. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and are interested in growth opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor production equipment, including juicers, blenders, and sanitation equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and record production data, including output, quality, and equipment performance.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to meet company standards.
- Packaging and labeling of finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with industry best practices and company procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food Handler's certificate.
- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the beverage industry, is an asset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dartmouth, NS B2Y 4T6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Food handling: 2 years (preferred)
- Driving: 2 years (required)
