**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Execution**:

- Assist in developing project envisioning, plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with project and development managers to ensure smooth execution of development projects.
- Monitor project progress and assist in identifying potential issues for timely resolution.
- **Communication and Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Act as a point of contact for project-related communications.
- Facilitate regular meetings with project teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Document and distribute detailed agendas and meeting minutes.
- Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and accountability.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Assist in project documentation including drawings, contracts, permits, etc.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for future reference and auditing purposes.
- **Budget Monitoring**:

- Track and monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Provide input on pro-forma models.
- Identify and report budget variances and assist in developing strategies to address them.
- **Property Management Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with property management teams for a smooth transition from construction to property operations.
- Address property-related concerns and collaborate on maintenance and operational aspects.
- Foster effective communication between development and property management teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Project Management, Architecture and Building Technology, Urban Planning, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or related role.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
