**Job Description**:

**Where will you be working?**
Our office in Vancouver is looking for an Architectural Co-op Student to join our Living+ Team. In this role, you will be a part of the design team for a very well established Architecture group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work under the direct supervision of a senior staff member(s) or a partner
- Work on various stages of current high rise residential or living + & mixed-use projects
- Assist with putting together presentations materials for Clients
- Assist with the preparation of Construction Drawings, Working Drawings, Construction Detailing

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working on Schematic, Design and Construction drawing sets is ideal.
- Proficient with REVIT within a workplace setting. AutoCAD is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of various drawing software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion).
- Ability to create Revit families and strong technical detailing skills are considered an asset.
- May participate in site visits to the various locations to document and verify measurements
- Ability to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment and have effective time-management skills a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
