**About the Role**:
As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in our production process by setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery. You’ll assist with tooling and setup, monitor machine performance and troubleshoot common issues. Maintaining equipment, adhering to quality and safety standards, and keeping accurate records are core parts of this position. Additional tasks may be assigned to support production as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling etc.
- Following provided production schedules and working with supplied documentation to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials to and from the machining center
- Prepare and load raw materials into the CNC machines.
- Supervise CNC machines during production and adjust as necessary to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose common CNC problems, consulting with manufacturer as necessary
- Maintenance of CNC equipment to ensure safe and efficient long-term performance.

**EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENT**:

- Recent production experience running a CNC machining center.
- Operating CNC milling machines based on job specifications.
- Knowledge of and experience with related material handling equipment.
- Interest and ability to work with both computer software and fabrication equipment.
- Use of other general hand and power tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to maintain and promote a positive attitude, teamwork, and cooperation.
- Highschool Degree or Equivalent required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.40-$23.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40.25 per week
