The Job: Airways Transit provides door to door ground transportation 24/7 & 365 days a year. We are looking for friendly, easy going drivers that put safety and customers first. If you love driving and you like being with people, this opportunity may be for you

We are currently seeking Full and Part time drivers. Start times and hours are based on flight times therefore you need to adapt to flex hours of your shift.

Airways hosts on-site employee events. BBQs, driver training sessions, coffee, pizza and monthly safe driving awards*.

After successful probation of 90 days, employees receive 2 personalized uniform shirts, hat and reusable water bottle.

Pay $17.20 + Gratuities

Permanent Part-Time 24-32 hours per week.

Permanent Full-Time 44hrs + benefit package.

Reservations require specific time slot coverage and driver flexibility is highly valued at Airways. Workdays may be arranged with dispatch.

Afternoon Shift
- **Possible Start time between: ~ 10:00am - 16:00pm**:

- **Possible End time between: ~ 23:00pm - 2:00am**

Morning Shift
- **Possible Start time between: ~ 12:00am - 5:00am**:

- **Possible End time between: ~ 11:00am - 13:00pm**

Before applying, ensure you are prepared with your Resume and the following documents. All of which are required before any interview.
- Recent Drivers Abstract from Service Ontario
- Vulnerable Record Check satisfactory to the Region of Waterloo or Hamilton-Wentworth police records.
- Ability to meet physical requirement lifting 23kg (50lbs) of luggage to ascend and descend a stairway.
- Airways relies on concise 2-way radio communication. It is mandatory to read, write, speak and understand English.
- To be insurable, you must be at least 25 years of age with G licence for at least 3 years.
- A positive attitude and the ability to demonstrate a strong customer service work ethic.
