IC Contracting is a provider of a contract management solutions for different industries.
- **We are currently seeking exceptional drivers in Winnipeg **_looking for a great company with consistent home time and a great pay. We are running our routes for Livestock Hauling in Manitoba, Alberta, and Ontario year round.

**Drivers earn $0.60 - 0.70 cents **per mile which includes a monthly safety bonus. Mileage rates are determined by previous experience & qualifications, types of loads. Percentage pay is possible as well.

No long hours waiting to offload, all livestock required to be offloaded fast by law.

**Drivers can easily earn on average between 6000-8000 monthly.**

**Position Requirments**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Class 1 truck driver
- Experience in winter conditions, mountains, chaining up
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is beneficial

Skills and other requirements:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with less than 2 moving violation
- No commercial accident or DUI on the record
- Clear criminal record check
- Must agree to pre-employment and random on-going drug and alcohol testing including marijuana
- USA qualified
- No hogs living on their property
- Bio-security reasons
- Strong understanding of freight transportation regulations and procedures
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Long haul experience and knowing what it's like to live life on the road.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with dispatchers and team members

Pay: $6,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
