**Job Overview**:
In this role, you will be responsible for the organization of seasonal tires, transportation of tires between storage buildings, and delivery of parts to wholesale and retail clients.

**Duties**:

- Deliver parts to wholesale and retail clients when necessary
- Transport tires between the tire storage building and Northside Auto Group
- Organize seasonal tires for installation and return to the storage building
- Maintain stored tire inventory using the computer system
- Assist all departments when forklift is required
- Assist all departments when scissor life is required
- Valet vehicles to and from clients, in town and out of town
- Assist client valet in the service drive-thru: move vehicles, wash vehicles, check in vehicles
- Ensure the drinking water jugs/dispensers are full
- Garbage collection: ensure all garbage is picked up both inside and outside of the building and deposited in the appropriate dumpsters
- Scrap metal collection: collect all scrap metal and deposit it in the appropriate disposal bin
- Assist with cleaning the snow off of vehicles
- Assist with moving vehicles for ease of snow plowing
- General maintenance of the Northside auto group property: sweeping the lot, cutting grass, picking weeds, cleaning windows and any other assigned jobs Welcome and greet customers and answer questions in a prompt manner
- Implement excellent customer service skills
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession, and mark tickets off any findings of damage
- Review the maintenance menu
- Wash and vacuum vehicles
- Escort customers to their Service Advisor as well as back to their vehicle upon completion
- Ensure all vehicle keys are clearly identified and stored in a locked location
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Obey to all traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Report any known accidents
- Performing other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of similar experience is ideal
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Self-motivated, independent, and a team player with a sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Willing and able to work flexible shifts
- Excellent communication (verbal and written English) skills
- Moderate computer skills
