**Tasks**:

- Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs
- Housekeeping activities
- Food preparation
- Resolve conflict situations
- Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses
- Implement behaviour management programs
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
- Develop individualized education and intervention plans based on special needs of client to facilitate their readaptation and independence objectives
- Assess individuals in areas such as physical limitations, orientation and mobility skills, and cognitive, social and emotional barriers to establish client rehabilitation or adaptation goals
