We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Site Superintendent in our Regina, SK Region.

**Position Overview**

To help increase efficiencies and quality of installations, through crew development and support, while providing technical support for TMs to help educate their customers to secure sales**.**

**Job Responsibilities will include**:

- Enforcement of company policy, in particular Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Health & Safety
- Provide technical support regarding products, substrate, site conditions
- Provide training and support to install crews on Stonhard systems and equipment
- Identification of areas of concern on jobsites which can affect quality, safety, and profitability. Bring these items to the attention of TM and Manager if required
- Enforcement of company standards of installation
- Testing and reporting on product as required
- Implementation of company directives and initiatives
- Act as a liaison between TM and installation crews, assisting with job logistics, shipping, and scheduling
- New products site support & training

**Preferred Job Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel within the province. Must have own means of transportation with valid license.
- Construction experience and ability to read Blueprints/drawings required.
- 2-3 years site supervisor experience required.
- Engineering background, Project Management Professional would be considered an asset.
- Results driven, self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication & leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and effectively promote teamwork.
- Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Basic computer skills
- Commitment to safety rules
- Must be able to pass mandatory Drug Testing & Security Clearances & Criminal Background checks.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50-70 pounds etc.)

**Job Type**:

- Full-time, Permanent
- Expect weekend and evening work - project often dictates working hours
