**Job Title**: Field Sales Coordinator - Artificial Lift Services

With a strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and technological innovation, we’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Field Sales Coordinator to join our team and help expand our market presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector, focusing on artificial lift products and services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Technical Sales: Provide expert guidance on artificial lift technologies (e.g., rod lift, gas separators, tubing anchors), tailoring solutions to meet client requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify growth opportunities.
- Presentations & Proposals: Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and competitive proposals to secure business deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Travel: Regularly visit client sites and attend industry events to establish and deepen connections within the oil and gas community.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the oil and gas or artificial lift services industry.
- Strong knowledge of artificial lift systems and related equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored technical solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in oil and gas field operations.
- Familiarity with Q2 ALS products and services, such as the Sand Twister or Whale Shark gas separators.
