Lash Technician

Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and contribute to sales goals.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and processing payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services to offer clients the best options.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of eyelash extension techniques and products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Experience in upselling services or retail sales is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Certification or training in eyelash extensions is preferred but not required—training will be provided.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
