**Summary**

We are looking for positive and team-oriented individual to join our Vans Outfitter shop to support our team as a full time General Shop Technician.

**Responsibilities**:

- Focus primarily on assisting short-term and day-long transactional accessories installations
- General installation of electrical and mechanical systems
- General installation of appliances and accessories
- General installation of internal and external accessories
- General diagnosis and repair of existing customers' vehicles
- General shop help as needed by teammates
- Stripping vehicles to its barebones in preparation for modification
- Installation of insulation and sound bender material
- Preparation of vehicle cutouts for accessories
- Take care to fulfill shop inventory

**Our ideal new team member**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience required
- High attention of detail and organization required.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Cohesive member of a larger team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Willingness to execute tasks that are not generally listed but help ensure projects are delivered on time to our valued customers
- Lifting loads up to 50 lbs from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
