**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Workforce Planning**:
- Collaborate with senior management to understand the organization's talent needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
- Conduct regular talent assessments and gap analyses to identify hiring needs and skills shortages.
**Recruitment and Selection**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and participate in interview panels and provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices.
- Enhance the organization's employer brand by developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials.
**Talent Acquisition Analytics**:
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, make informed decisions, and implement improvements to the recruitment process.
**Onboarding and New Hire Integration**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to develop comprehensive onboarding plans.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Monitor and support the integration of new employees into the organization, providing guidance and addressing any concerns.
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), other recruitment software and HR systems.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
