The Office Cleaner at Powerline Plus Ltd. performs a variety of tasks to ensure the facility is maintained in a sanitary and orderly manner. and participates actively and maintains ongoing relations with the Office Manager.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Completion of Secondary School
- A minimum of two years’ experience as an Office cleaner required
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Physically demanding, walking, climbing ladder and multiple stairs

**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Dusting: all furniture and fixtures including but not limited to: desk areas, keyboards, computer
- screens, shelving units, filing cabinets etc.
- Sweep and Mop tile flooring
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Wash and disinfect all washrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty all waste baskets and recycling containers
- Clean entrance and exit areas, including glass, doors, and hardware
- Kitchen; clean sinks, countertop, appliances, and tables
