Our specialties include mechanical contracting, custom steel fabrication, plumbing, heating, process piping, millwright, and related services. Patrick Mechanical is a growing, dynamic, and innovative mechanical company with an extensive fleet of skilled workers allowing us to offer services all over Northern Ontario. We are loyal to our customers, providing efficient and cost-effective products and services.**_

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Assist with the Fleet / Fleet Complete for PML, OSHS, Bisschops and GCCW (PSL)
- Assist with recording all vehicle maintenance circle checks and follow up with concerns (Integration with Safetapp)
- Bistrainer set up, maintenance, create forms and reports in Assets.
- Maintaining the Milwaukee program on tracking tools and trailers
- Help manager admin and tech support for electronics
- Manage Electronics with new hire set ups, inventory levels of all electronic devices Triage technical support issues and escalate to IT when necessary
- Responsible for equipment rentals and tracking their locations
- Gases Field/ Inventory Management
- Manage Uniform Program, update invoice as required.
- Negotiate contract with Cintas and find creative economical solutions that will work for the individual companies / divisions.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection and scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with Gas Cylinder Field/ Inventory Management
- Assist with the management of Electronics
- Maintain and Develop Myserve Systems along with Cell phone Inventory, assignment, upgrades and liquidation.
- The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit.

**Requires Knowledge & Awareness of Following Tasks**
- IT experience an asset but ability to work with electronics a must.
- Excellent Sales and Inter-personnel skills.
- Effective communication and organization skills
- Works well with mínimal direction
- Can provide technical and administrative support
- Willing to work overtime, evening, weekends and travel
- Excellent computer skills and data entry
- Experience managing contracts and is familiar with legal requirements and terms of use.
- Knowledgeable in Excel and Microsoft Suit of programs considered an asset.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- LIVELY, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Asset Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
