Lead Generation Specialist ($23/h, No Exp. Req.)

Skills required:

- Fluently speaks english
- Ability to transport yourself to and from work.
- 12-16 hours per week of availability.
- No sales or roofing experience required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Knock on doors and engage in conversations with homeowners about the state of their asphalt roof and when they plan on getting it replaced.
- Take down information of homeowners who are potentially interested in a free roofing consultation.
- Follow the routes set by your team leader.
- Report back at the end of the session with questions, results etc.

Compensation
- 23$/hour
- Full training and script on how to engage in these conversations with homeowners
- 1 session per week with a senior canvasser who can help you improve on your script and techniques.
- Monthly bonus for most leads acquired.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
