- Working all prep positions in a competent and confident manner
- Performing all assigned duties as required, including prep responsibilities, deep clean requirements etc.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Maintaining a positive and committed focus to your own development and growth
- Receiving direction from the Chef & Sous, and building on that
- Other duties as assigned.
**What we are looking for**:

- Food Handler's Certification is preferred
