Focused primarily on strata properties in the Fraser Valley, this role is responsible for securing new business, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring clients remain compliant with safety regulations. These sales professionals not only generate revenue but also enhance customer satisfaction by offering expert advice, system upgrades, and responsive support. By working closely with internal teams and customers, they ensure seamless project execution, from initial consultation to post-service follow-ups. If you are looking for a **meaningful career that is actively involved in keeping our community safe,**this could be your dream role. **COMPENSATION** Total _Minimum_ Expected First-Year Earnings**:$90,000 (Base + Commission)** Exclusive of other company benefits, perks and bonuses which make up the total compensation package. Note: commission is uncapped. **CORE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES** - **Prospecting & Cold Calling**: Actively reach out to both existing and potential customers to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base. - **Building Partnerships**: Establish and nurture relationships with property managers and management companies to consistently generate high-quality leads. - **Presenting Services**: Deliver engaging presentations to customers, clearly communicating the benefits of our fire inspection services. - **Conducting Site Surveys**: Perform thorough site assessments to inventory fire system devices and identify service needs. - **Preparing & Delivering Quotes**: Accurately prepare quotes for customers and ensure timely follow-up for approval and signature. - **Managing System Upgrades**: Provide quotes for system upgrades and coordinate meetings between the customer and the Installations Manager for project alignment. - **Database Management**: Maintain up-to-date records of daily sales activity in the CMS database to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. - **Event Participation**: Represent the company at trade shows, golf tournaments, and other industry events as required to build brand visibility and strengthen partnerships. Engage in lunch & learn sessions and participate in customer site visits to deepen industry knowledge and improve service delivery. - **Resolving Customer Issues**: Collaborate with the service department to address customer complaints or issues, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. - **Internal Collaboration**: Work closely with key internal teams, including security, service, sales and marketing, and the fire installations team, to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations. **Please note**: this is not an exhaustive list and other responsibilities may be required. **OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE** - **Proven Sales Experience (**_**minimum 5 years preferred**_**)**: Preferably in a service-based industry, with bonus points for experience in the fire protection industry. - **Relationship-Driven**: Passionate about building long-term relationships and aligned with our vision of creating "customers for life."
