**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle payments and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Ensure all customer orders are properly prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
- Run food from the kitchen to tables or pick-up areas with care and attention.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
- Address customer questions, concerns, or feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
