Brandt Developments Ltd. is currently looking to fill a Structural Erector/Metal Cladding Installer - for our Regina, SK location.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Experience with reading and understanding and interpreting blueprints.
- Comfortable assisting in planning the sequence of tasks to install structural steel and miscellaneous metals most efficiently.
- Able to work at elevated heights safely with the use of aerial work platforms and ladders.
- Rig, hoist and move materials with the assistance of mobile cranes and other equipment within worksite.

**Required Skills**:

- Effectively communicate in both technical and user-friendly language when necessary with all types of staff, including technical, professional, and upper management, both written and verbally.
- Works well independently and with a team.
- Able to work safely in a high paced construction environment.
- Willing to travel and work at various job site locations across North America for extended periods.
- Able to lift approx. 50 pounds.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work shift work.
- Flexible and adjusts shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Metal building erectors including pre-engineered and conventional structures required.
- Experience in all type of roof and wall systems.

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ steel erecting and/or metal cladding installation experience.
- Journeyperson certification preferred.
- Safety training in fall protection and aerial platform preferred.
- CWB certified in SMAW all position an asset.
