Customer Support Representative

**An average day**:

- Managing a busy reception area and offering pleasant, welcoming service to all clients.
- Booking appointments and keeping track of the daily schedule.
- Complete worklist tasks daily, assisting veterinarians with tasks as needed.
- Greeting and checking in clients, ensuring their reason for visit is correct.
- Ensuring client information is accurate.
- Respond to client inquiries, gather information and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate notes and records from client interactions.
- Taking food and medication refill requests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Invoicing, collecting payments using a debit/credit machine, discussing delicate financial situations.
- Various administrative duties such as scanning and filing, as well as preparing cards for pet owners.
- Use of Avimark software.
- Other duties as required by Practice Manager, Veterinarians, or other team members.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
