We’re currently seeking a dedicated **Maintenance Associate** to help keep our facilities running smoothly.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Weekly walkthroughs of the buildings to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC-related repairs.
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to urgent repair requests or facility issues.
- Ensure safety standards are followed, including emergency exit lighting, fire extinguishers, and other building code requirements.
- Maintain grounds and seasonal tasks (as applicable).
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
- Keep maintenance logs, documentation, and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure clinical and office spaces are clean, secure, and operational.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications an asset.
- 2+ years of building maintenance experience, preferably in clinical, healthcare, or office environments.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions (for outdoor tasks).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (if travel between sites is required).

**Working Conditions**:

- May involve standing, walking, climbing ladders, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for urgent repairs or scheduled maintenance.
