Nankind is an organization that helps transform the cancer experience for families with free childcare and support. Throughout a parent’s cancer journey, from diagnosis through bereavement, we give children the coping skills to build lifelong emotional resilience and to provide a sense of normalcy during a tumultuous time in their lives. Our in-home, virtual, and meal programs give parents time to rest, knowing their kids will be supported and are in safe and loving hands.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting players, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Be a Nankind ambassador and thank guests for supporting Nankind.
- Monitor, assist, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bingo hall.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate the flow of the bingo sessions.

**Position Requirements**:

- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must be 19 years of age.
- Must abide by the dress code policy - Nankind polo shirt (this will be provided), name badge (this will be provided), black slacks/pants (no ripped jeans), and black closed shoes.
- All volunteers will be required to have completed the Ontario Charitable Gaming Association (OCGA) mandated online training prior to doing an assignment.
- After taking the OCGA online training, all volunteers are required to attend the venue walkthrough at Downsview branch Delta Bingo & Gaming.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is a plus

Pay: $1.00 per hour
