**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for dispatching various groups to address clientele needs, which may include custodial, maintenance, security, electrical, grounds and others as needed
- Responsible for the data entry associated with each call and the work orders generated for each call
- At times this position requires overtime to accommodate the call center needs as well as supporting the call center on-call rotation

**Demonstrated attention to detail**
- Avid learner with good retention
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer satisfaction work ethic

**Physical demands or the job**
- Ability to sit comfortably for long periods of time
- Ability to compile computer reports
- Must be open to public contact and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$27.41 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Work from home

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Work Location: On the road
