**Description**:

- Consultant will identify table structures and columns in Oracle HCM Cloud and map it against Visier objects and fields.
- Consultant will design, develop, test and deploy data extracts from Oracle HCM Cloud to Microsoft Azure Data Lake using BICC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher and SOA.
- Consultant will transform and format data into CSV, XML or JSON for ingestion by HCM Analytics tool named Visier.
- Consultant will ensure data quality and integrity by identifying and removing anomalies during the process.
- Consultant will create and maintain relevant technical documentation including data map, data definitions and other relevant documentation.
- Consultant will work closely with HR, IT and Analytics teams to ensure accurate, secure, and timely movement of HR data to Data Lake and Visier.

**Must Haves**:

- 5+ years of experience of development of Oracle HCM Cloud
- 5+ years of experience of BICC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher and SOA
