**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor the entrance and exit of patrons to ensure compliance with venue policies.
- Conduct thorough surveillance of the premises to identify potential disturbances or safety hazards.
- Manage crowd control during peak hours and special events.
- Intervene in conflicts or altercations in a calm and professional manner.
- Check identification to verify the age of patrons entering the venue.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to handle incidents appropriately.
- Maintain clear communication with security team members regarding any suspicious activities.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring for theft or other illegal activities.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Height Requirement (6ft 2in)
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention is preferred.
- Strong observational skills with experience in surveillance techniques, including CCTV monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods while patrolling the premises.
- A valid security license may be required depending on local regulations.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
