**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

To follow company policies at all times, especially those related to food safety, quality, and personal safety. While in the production and storage areas, the Office Specialist is responsible for maintaining uncompromising food safety and quality.

Administrative responsibilities:

- File any paperwork in the inboxes
- Answer phones and assisting customers
- Assist QA in lot and batch tracking

Shipping:

- Co-ordination and documents for all shipments including arranging for courier for product and lab samples.
- Organize, sort, file and monitor pick sheet and picture folders

HR:

- Keep time clock system in control and accurate
- On-boarding new hires
- Assist in benefits administration
- Managing help wanted ads

Customer Services:

- Assist in demand planning
- Manage sample requests, ensuring samples leave in a timely manner, following up with requester.
- Create sample labels for orders

Accounting:

- Match POs to invoices
- Process into Accounting Software

Other:

- Other tasks as directed by the Finance Manager or the VP of Finance
- Vacation coverage

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
