A regular day for you will include: - Gather information to locate missing vehicles using tools such as Canada 411, Credit Bureau Reports, social media, etc. for the Customer Accounts Department. - Try to locate the missing vehicle by searching the last area client was last living including where the vehicle may have been serviced/impounded. - Participate in team building and incentive projects. - Maintain a working queue of approximately 50-100 files with the ability to multitask. - Conduct as required compliance testing or other assigned projects as they present themselves. - Complete other responsibilities, as assigned. Requirements: - You have at least a minimum of 1 year of skip trace experience. - You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in English. - You are proficient on all social media platforms and open-source tools. - You think "outside the box" and can decipher credit bureau reports. - You thrive in a fast-paced environment. - You are tech-savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. - Strong development of personal contacts within the industry for trace and investigative assistance. - You can collaborate well with various teams and departments. Extra-awesome to have - At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar industry. - Experience working as a bailiff/investigator. - Post-secondary education. Working conditions - You have flexible availability to work.
