Construction Site Manager Job description

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a self motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Site Manager to support and help grow with DSBG. As a Site Manager, you will be the main point of contact from the DSBG on site including to our entire team, site employees, trades, partners, consultants and clients. This will often include meetings with DSBG project managers, clients, facilitating trade estimates, coordinating schedules with subcontractors, site visits, electronic organization, as well as any other duties that may be required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Health and Safety of your designated sites including ensuring sign in and out procedures for all attending or working on site and ensure regular use of all required PPE
- Maintaining clean and organized sites at all times
- Responsible for working with the designated project managers to determine full scope of work and schedule;
- Organize and facilitate the completion of work by technicians and subcontractors;
- Coordinate meetings with project managers and trades as required;
- Travel required for site visits at different locations as there may be more than one site assigned to be managed;
- Managing project from the beginning with development and scheduling, ending with close out;
- Identify, monitor and resolve any project-related issues or difficulties;
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain open communication with office team to ensure work is completed on time;
Qualifications and Skills:

- Effective negotiation skills and the demonstrated ability to manage relationships;
- Ability to manage and facilitate numerous projects at once;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication;
- Self-motivated, self-dedicated, resourceful and result oriented;
- Strong organizational, written and communication skills;
- Good negotiation skills and excellent Health & Safety skills;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, multi-tasking and follow up;
- Proficient with the operation of Google Drive platform.

, Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm and occasionally as required on an exception basis on Saturdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
