**Are you an allied health professional looking for a location to practice?**

We are excited to be offering our clinic as a location for you to set up shop Lakeshore Medical Group (LMG) is located in the heart of Oakville near Trafalgar and Lakeshore road. This location is ideal for any health practitioner as it is close to highway 403/QEW and walking distance to Lake Ontario.

Our clinic has many rooms to work out of throughout the week or weekend. As long as you have your own clients, we can offer you a place to work, a waiting room for patients, and an opportunity for our physicians to help refer our client base to you.

LMG is seeking an allied health professional (AHP) to join our team on a part
- or full-time basis. The AHP would need their own clients and require a location to see their patients as well as have access to a waiting room. We are looking for any AHP, preferably one who likes to work after 5pm Monday through Friday, weekends, or scattered days throughout the week. We value collaborative, compassionate, and caring professionals who wish to expand their practice location and willing to have (up to) 9 physicians referring patients their way. We offer flexibility and independence as well as support.

We are prepared to offer an allied health professional the above for a percentage of your fees accumulated in a month for overhead. We are open to negotiation and open to any offers you may have.

**We are looking for health professionals in the following fields**:

- Massage Therapists
- Osteopaths
- Psychotherapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Speech Therapists
- Medical Estheticians

**Requirements**:

- Have a current roster of patients to be seen in Oakville
- Certified allied health professional
- Member in good standing with the College they are registered towards
- Own practice insurance
- Own supervision (if needed)
- Ability to work either from the office providing in-person services or from home providing virtual services

**Expectations**:

- Available to work: Flexible, office free to use after 5pm on weeknights and most weekends. We are able to give 4-6 months’ notice of availability at a time
- Maintenance of own client files and required documentation (e.g. notes) following their college’s requirements
- Management of schedule, client communication, and payment
