At Hidden IO, we're pioneering a distinctive environmental aesthetic that combines fantastical elements with performance low poly aesthetics, essential for enhancing player immersion. Our environments play a crucial role in shaping the game's atmosphere and narrative, requiring a creative and meticulous eye to detail.

**As a 3D Environmental Artist at ZIX, your role will involve**:

- Crafting 3D assets and textures for various environments in the game.
- Collaborating closely with level designers and narrative to ensure that environments align with gameplay mechanics and story elements.
- Utilizing tools such as Blender alongside Unity, to create visually compelling and performance-optimized scenes.
- Participating in playtesting to refine environmental designs based on real-time feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma in art, design, or a related field, with substantial emphasis on your portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in 3D environmental art in the gaming industry.
- Proficiency with 3D modeling tools (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max) and familiarity with Unity.
- Able to create mobile-ready, high performance models, including using trim sheets and atlasing.
- Substance painter is a plus.
- Strong artistic skills, including a good understanding of form, color, and composition.
- Familiar with modular asset kits & grid-based assets.
- Familiar with LOD generation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and feedback integration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
