**Position: Litho Press Manager**

The Litho Press Manager directs and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Printing and Sheeting departments, by providing leadership and supervision to subordinates and serves as the link between direct reports and middle/upper management.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Directs the printing and sheeting production of all items at the lowest cost consistent with established specifications in terms of quality and quantity.
- Coordinates and collaborates with all departments of the plant in establishing and carrying out responsibilities.
- Manages employees by establishing performance goals, allocating resources, and assessing performance.
- Provides leadership directed at continuous improvement in safety, quality / customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Provides leadership and direction to production management and employees to continuously improve quality, reduce waste and increase throughput.
- Assists and supports Plant and Operation Manager in all aspects.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent experience in a converting facility is preferred
- Experience and knowledge of roll stock cutting machines, printing presses, die cutting machines, and straight-line gluers is required.
- 3-5 years of leadership skills with the ability to motivate people to perform at high levels required
- Prior experience within a union environment required
