Summary of the Position Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Service Technician's primary role will be Installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of field paint tinting/mixing and ink dispensing equipment.

The position will require frequent travel, both domestically and abroad.

Key Responsibilities and DutiesProvide installation, diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers equipment.Complete on-site system audits and evaluationsComplete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on sitePractice and adhere to all safety and training

Essential Skills & Education
- Post secondary accreditation in applicable fields or equivalent experience
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English, multilingual considered an asset Beneficial Additional Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with Electro-pneumatics, fluid dynamics - Electro - Mechanical aptitude

Physical demands associated with this position include extensive walking ,lifting pulling and carrying heavy weighted materials ( up to 50lbs)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
