McMillan Dubo LLP is looking for a full-time Accounting Assistant to join our team. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented person who can work independently, as well as in collaboration with a team.

The Accounting Assistant will report to the Accounting Department Manager and will assist with client billing, processing accounts payable invoices and payments, recording accounts receivable receipts and deposits, posting of disbursements, bank reconciliations, and payroll. There may be additional tasks as needed to support the financial operations of the firm.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Curiosity and passion for learning.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Accounting experience, education, or a combination of both.
- Experience working in a law office preferred but not required.

Wages are dependent upon experience and benefits will be available after a three-month probation period.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
