As a **full time Key Holder** you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience. Engaging the customer from the moment they enter the store to their lasting impressions.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will assist in product selection and provide knowledgeable information on food pairings
- Opening and closing of the store
- Point of Sale (POS) as required including sales reconciliation
- Merchandising
- Execute all marketing and operational programs
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Must wear steel toe shoes.

Must Bring:

- Minimum two years customer service experience within a retail environment

**MUST HAVE Keyholder** experience, minimum 2 years
- Previous wine, beer and spirit knowledge will be considered an asset
- Smart Serve license or willing to obtain
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and outgoing attitude
- Ability to sell and cross sell products
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

**Salary**: $16.50 per hour
