**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of structures by performing tasks such as caulking, building, and general labor duties.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks, ensuring safety and precision in all work performed.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Engage in heavy lifting as needed, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Support the maintenance person team with repairs and installations as required.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in construction and maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and materials for effective sealing.
- Experience or familiarity with carpentry practices is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or moving.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
