**Job Title**: Delivery Driver

**Compensation**:$20.00/hr

**Designation**:Part-time, 1 day a week on Thursday 6:30AM - 6:30PM (10-12 hours per week)

**Start Date**: Immediately

We are in search of a person to deliver our TapRoot products, specifically our Greens of Haligonia Sprouts and our CSA share boxes. We are looking for someone to provide excellent, courteous service to the farm's customers, as well as the delivery of high quality products.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Load the van with products for delivery
- Deliver sprouts to our wholesale customers throughout HRM. (Multiple stops)
- Deliver CSA share boxes to customer’s homes and two pick up locations.
- Careful handling of products to ensure all customers receive products in good condition.
- Communication with management about; customer comments, concerns, and suggestions; notes from delivery; vehicle maintenance needs or concerns and ideas.
- Drive responsibly and defensively, obey all laws
- Ensuring a secure load at all times, including while out on deliveries.
- Ensure prompt receipt of the signed invoices to the Office at Canard at the end of the delivery day.

**Skill/Expectations**
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience driving a Sprinter van or larger vehicle and comfortable driving around HRM.
- Excellent organizational skills, including good time management and an ability to track and report results on a daily basis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively and with mínimal supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week

Work Location: In person
