**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the sales process, showcasing our properties, and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand the market will be crucial in helping clients make informed decisions about their new homes.

**Duties**
- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in home purchasing.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and benefits of each home.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Assist clients with paperwork and administrative tasks related to the sales process.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Provide bilingual or multilingual support to clients as needed, ensuring clear communication.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with property management concepts is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele.
- Administrative skills to assist with documentation and record-keeping throughout the sales process.

Pay: $25,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
