**Positions Available**:

- **General Labourer**: No experience? No problem We provide training and a clear path to becoming a skilled professional.

**Requirements by PositionGeneral Labourer / Trainee**
- **Experience**: No previous experience in construction or asphalt paving is required. We provide on-the-job training.
- **Skills**: A strong desire to learn and a positive attitude.
- **Equipment**: Must have CSA-approved steel-toe work boots.
- A valid Class 3 with Air license is a definite asset but is not required.

**Heavy Equipment Operator**
- **Experience**: Proven experience operating relevant heavy equipment, such as asphalt pavers, rollers, skid steers, and graders. Specific years of experience may be requested by the employer (e.g., 2+ years).
- **Certification**: Valid operator licenses and certifications for the specific equipment they will be operating.
- **Skills**: Excellent hand-foot-eye coordination, strong mechanical aptitude, and a deep understanding of paving and safety procedures.
- **Safety**: Knowledge of safety practices for heavy machinery and work sites.
- A valid Class 3 with Air license is a definite asset but is not required.
